Redacteur human interest documentaires YouTube Werk mee aan een succesvolle YouTube-serie, bereik honderdduizenden kijkers, leer documentaire storytelling en krijg ruimte voor je eigen verhalen. Voor ZOEKT zoeken we een redacteur die nieuwsgierig is naar wat mensen drijft. In deze succesvolle YouTube-serie volgen we mensen tijdens een persoonlijke zoektocht, innerlijk conflict of belangrijke levensvraag. Onze video's bereiken structureel tienduizenden tot honderdduizenden kijkers. Je werkt mee aan het vinden, ontwikkelen en vertellen van menselijke verhalen en krijgt volop ruimte om zelf ideeën aan te dragen. Wat ga je doen? Als redacteur in het online video team werk je mee aan de ontwikkeling en productie van online videoformats. Je bent betrokken vanaf het eerste idee tot en met de uiteindelijke publicatie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - bedenken en uitwerken van onderwerpen en verhalen; - uitvoeren van research en het vinden van relevante invalshoeken; - schrijven van scripts en presentatieteksten; - voorbereiden van gesprekken met onze gasten; - regie tijdens opnames; - samenwerken met andere makers, de samensteller en editors om verhalen zo sterk mogelijk te vertellen; - signaleren van maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen die relevant zijn voor onze doelgroep. Je komt terecht in een creatief team waarin human interest, journalistiek, storytelling en online impact samenkomen. Wie ben jij? Je bent nieuwsgierig, creatief en ziet snel welke verhalen mensen raken. Je bent niet bang om initiatief te nemen en kunt zelfstandig projecten oppakken. Daarnaast: - heb je ervaring met het maken of ontwikkelen van online videocontent; - heb je een frisse, eigenzinnige blik op de samenleving en durft buiten de gebaande paden te denken; - volg je de nieuwste trends op social media en kent het YouTube-landschap als geen ander; - ben je vernieuwend, resultaatgericht en weet verhalen te vertalen naar impac...
