Mit journalistischem Gespür machen Sie Themen aus Kirche, Gesellschaft und Leben für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen sichtbar und relevant. 1 Redakteur*in (m/w/d) Das erwartet Sie bei uns:

* Sie recherchieren und verfassen Artikel, Reportagen, Meldungen und führen Interviews.

* Sie denken Themen von Anfang an crossmedial und verstehen es Inhalte für unterschiedliche Kanäle optimal anzupassen.

* Sie arbeiten bei der Themenplanung für unterschiedliche Medienprodukte, insbesondere dem Rupertusblatt, mit.

* Sie bringen neue Ideen für digitale Formate ein und behalten Lesetrends sowie Kennzahlen im Blick.

* Sie pflegen engen Kontakt zu Einrichtungen der Erzdiözese, Pfarren und relevanten Playern im Medienbereich.

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium (Journalismus, Kommunikationswissenschaften, o.Ä.) oder eine vergleichbare journalistische fundierte Ausbildung.

* fundierte Erfahrung im Journalismus oder in einer redaktionellen Tätigkeit

* Medien-Allrounder: Tiefgehendes Verständnis für Printmedien (Magazin- und Zeitungsmachen) gepaart mit hoher Affinität und Kompetenz im Bereich digitaler Journalismus und Crossmedia.

* Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, InDesign und Publishern

* Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist, theologisches Grundwissen von Vorteil, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

* Identifikation mit den Werten und dem Auftrag der Katholischen Kirche

Das bieten wir Ihnen:

* Ein Brutto-Jahresgehalt nach dem Gehaltsschema der Erzdiözese Salzburg zwischen € 41.900,- und € 56.500,- (auf Vollzeitbasis) je nach Qualifikation, Zulagen und Erfahrung
