Publicatiedatum: 18 sept 2026 Opdracht alleen mogelijk voor professionals in loondienst Kijkende naar de inhoud van deze opdracht en de wet DBA , kan je deze opdracht alleen uitvoeren als je in loondienst bent. Mocht je momenteel een dienstverband invullen bij een advies- of detacheringsbureau, dan kunnen wij (met akkoord van jouw huidige werkgever) jou aanbieden op deze opdracht. Wij maken voor de betaling van facturen van advies- en detacheringsbureaus gebruik van een G-rekening . Ook kan je bij ons in dienst om deze opdracht in te vullen. Omschrijving Als Regelanalist Omgevingswet / DSO ben je de verbindende schakel tussen het Omgevingsplan, beleid, juridische regelgeving, vergunningverlening en informatievoorziening. Je analyseert regels uit het Omgevingsplan en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke en toepasbare regels, vragen- en beslisbomen, vergunningchecks en aanvraagvereisten binnen het DSO. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de juridische juistheid, maar ook naar begrijpelijkheid, uitvoerbaarheid en gebruiksvriendelijkheid. Inwoners en ondernemers moeten via het Omgevingsloket op een eenvoudige manier kunnen bepalen welke regels van toepassing zijn, of een vergunning of melding nodig is en welke informatie zij moeten aanleveren. Je signaleert daarnaast onduidelijkheden, tegenstrijdigheden en knelpunten in regelgeving en adviseert over verbeteringen. Je werkt nauw samen met beleidsmedewerkers, juristen, vergunningverleners, toezichthouders en medewerkers op het gebied van informatievoorziening en functioneel beheer.
