Over de functie Als Regelanalist Omgevingswet ben je de schakel tussen beleid, juridische zaken, uitvoering en ICT. Je analyseert regels uit het Omgevingsplan en vertaalt deze naar toepasbare regels, vragen- en beslisbomen in het DSO. Je signaleert knelpunten, adviseert over verbeteringen en werkt samen met vakspecialisten. Je draagt bij aan de kwaliteit en doorontwikkeling van het Omgevingsplan en vertegenwoordigt de gemeente in samenwerkingen met andere gemeenten. Wat je gaat doen - Analyseren van regels uit het Omgevingsplan en vertalen naar toepasbare regels, vragen- en beslisbomen in het DSO - Opstellen van omgevingsvergunningschecks, aanvraagvereisten en andere toepasbare regels - Toetsen van regels op begrijpelijkheid, uitvoerbaarheid en gebruiksvriendelijkheid - Signaleren van onduidelijkheden, tegenstrijdigheden en knelpunten en adviseren over verbeteringen - Bewaken van samenhang tussen juridische regels, toepasbare regels en beleidsdoelen - Zorgen voor correcte en gebruiksvriendelijke verwerking van regels in het Omgevingsloket (DSO) - Nauw samenwerken met beleidsmakers, omgevingsplanbeheerder, juristen, planologen, vergunningverleners, toezichthouders en ICT-adviseurs Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in planologie, omgevingsrecht of bestuursrecht - Aantoonbare gemeentelijke werkervaring met regelsoftware, plansoftware, functioneel beheer of het opzetten van logische vragen- en beslisbomen - Kennis van de Omgevingswet en het Digitaal Stelsel Omgevingswet (DSO) - Minimaal twee werkdagen per week op kantoor beschikbaar - In het bezit van een geldige VOG (maximaal 3 maanden oud en relevant voor de fun...
