Als Regieverpleegkundige bij Petruspark Thuiszorg in Woensel-Zuid (Eindhoven) combineer je cliëntenzorg met casemanagement, coördinatie en kwaliteitsverbetering. Je werkt hoofdzakelijk dagdiensten en krijgt volop ruimte om mee te bouwen aan innovatieve en toekomstbestendige wijkzorg. - 24 - 32 uur - € 2.982 - € 4.246 - MBO niveau 4 - Residentie Petruspark Solliciteren Regieverpleegkundige - Casemanagement (mbo/hbo) - 24 - 32 uur - MBO niveau 4 - Residentie Petruspark Zo maak jij het verschil Iedere werkdag begint tussen 07.00 en 08.00 uur (in overleg, passend bij jouw werk-privébalans). Samen met je collega's start je de dag op kantoor met een kop koffie of thee, bespreken jullie de bijzonderheden en nemen jullie gezamenlijk de route door. Daarna ga je zelfstandig de wijk in om de ochtendzorg op te starten. Hoewel je veel zelfstandig werkt, sta je er nooit alleen voor. Juist doordat iedereen de dag samen begint, is er veel contact met collega's, wordt er gemakkelijk met elkaar meegedacht en voelt de thuiszorg als écht teamwork. Je werkt in Woensel-Zuid, een dynamische en multiculturele wijk waar je cliënten begeleidt met uiteenlopende zorgvragen. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Juist die diversiteit vraagt om maatwerk, samenwerking en oog voor de mens achter de zorgvraag. Regie over jouw eigen caseload Na de ochtendroute verschuift jouw werk naar een regisserende rol. Als Regieverpleegkundige ben je verantwoordelijk voor een eigen caseload van ongeveer tien cliënten met een Wlz-indicatie. Daardoor krijg je de tijd om cliënten en hun naasten écht te leren kennen en bouw je een langdurige relatie op. Je kijkt met een helikopterview naar de totale situatie van jouw cliënten. Niet alleen naar de verpleegkundige zorg, maar...
