Als Regionaal Processpecialist maak jij direct impact op de toekomst van ons elektriciteitsnet. Jij speelt een sleutelrol in het in-bedrijf nemen van netuitbreidingen die nodig zijn voor de energie transitie. Je verbindt mensen, processen en belangen. Je bent de schakel tussen de divisies Design, Onshore/Offshore en Operate en zorgt dat oplossingen niet alleen technisch kloppen maar ook werkbaar zijn in de praktijk. Je werkt samen met collega's aan een robuust en toekomstbestendig elektriciteitsnet. Your role Als Regionaal Processpecialist zorg jij dat netuitbreidingen goed landen in de bedrijfsvoering, zodat Nederland kan blijven rekenen op betrouwbare en duurzame energie. Je vertegenwoordigt Operate in multidisciplinaire teams in de regio's van TenneT en helpt mee om projecten succesvol en toekomstig bestendig te realiseren. Vacature is nu open voor regio West-Noord (North Holland) (1FTE). Je komt te werken in het System Resilience Development team ( 12 collega's) , onderdeel van het team System Resilience (27 collega's). Een collegiaal en internationaal team met 12 landen van origine waarin samenwerking, openheid en elkaar versterken centraal staan. In jouw nieuwe rol: - Verbind je het Operate belang met stakeholders - Je toetst binnen de multidisciplinaire teams of oplossingen niet alleen technisch haalbaar zijn, maar ook goed functioneren in de bedrijfsvoering. - Neem je verantwoordelijkheid in besluitvorming en begeleid je compliance- en verificatie processen - Je neemt positie in en durft het gesprek te voeren wanneer belangen botsen.
