De snelle ontwikkeling van zonne- en windparken, datacenters en de elektrificatie van industrie en mobiliteit maakt dat de vraag naar capaciteit sneller groeit dan het net kan worden uitgebreid. In steeds meer delen van Nederland bereiken we daardoor de grenzen van het elektriciteitsnet. Congestiemanagement is essentieel om de beperkt beschikbare capaciteit zo efficiënt mogelijk te benutten en tegelijkertijd ruimte te creëren voor klanten, bedrijven en maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen. Deze opgave vraagt om een integrale regionale aanpak waarin inhoudelijke analyses, concrete maatregelen, uitvoering en politiek-bestuurlijke besluitvorming samenkomen. Your role Het team Regional Capacity Programs organiseert en stuurt deze aanpak voor de regio's waar de druk op het elektriciteitsnet het grootst is. Als Regionaal Project Manager zorg je dat de regionale ambities en besluiten worden vertaald naar concrete projecten, werkpakketten en acties. Binnen een vast regionaal team organiseer je de uitvoering, kanaliseer je regionale vragen naar de juiste onderdelen van TenneT en verbind je de benodigde interne specialisten. Zo draag je bij aan zichtbare voortgang en realiseerbare oplossingen voor TenneT, regionale netbeheerders en de regio. Als Regionaal Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en realiseren van concrete projecten en werkpakketten binnen het regionale congestieprogramma. De Regionaal Programma Manager bepaalt de integrale koers, prioriteiten en governance van het programma; jij vertaalt deze naar een heldere projectaanpak en zorgt dat de benodigde werkzaamheden daadwer...
