In Amsterdam, you will lead on-site maintenance and guide the local technician, setting priorities and following issues to completion. Across Vienna, Copenhagen and Paris, you will set standards, monitor performance and support local teams on risk, compliance and asset quality, ensuring all our locations remain in top condition. In this role, you'll bridge day-to-day operations and long-term asset stewardship. You will take ownership of the technical performance of our Amsterdam property while helping shape maintenance standards and investment priorities across the wider portfolio.
