De Regionale Sociale Dienst Kromme Rijn Heuvelrug (RSD) ondersteunt inwoners op weg naar werk, opleiding, inkomen, inburgering en met rust in geldzaken. We werken vanuit vertrouwen, luisteren en zoeken naar oplossingen die écht werken. Zo krijgen we meer voor elkaar. Wij werken voor de gemeenten Bunnik, De Bilt, Utrechtse Heuvelrug, Wijk bij Duurstede en Zeist, met gezamenlijk meer dan 200.000 inwoners. Ons kantoor is gevestigd in Zeist. Meer over onze organisatie lees je op de pagina 'Bestuur en organisatie' . Wat ga je doen? Als Regisseur Inburgering ga je inburgeraars begeleiden bij hun inburgeringsproces . Onze dienstverlening start in het azc en eindigt als alle onderdelen van de inburgering zijn behaald. Voor inburgeraars met een uitkering ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor re-integratie. Jij begeleidt de inburgeraar actief naar werk, participatie of scholing , waarbij je de regie hebt over het proces. Jij bepaalt samen met de inburgeraar welke stappen worden gezet. Je biedt daarbij maatwerk. Er ligt al een stevige basis voor de uitvoering van de inburgeringswet. Samen zijn we momenteel aan het onderzoeken hoe we de begeleiding naar werk en participatie het beste kunnen combineren met het volgen van een intensief taaltraject. Een belangrijk deel van het werk is gesprekken voeren met inburgeraars en contact onderhouden met netwerkpartners (bijvoorbeeld taalaanbieders en Vluchtelingenwerk).
