Introductietekst Als regisseur schulddienstverlening bij Gemeente Weert begeleid je inwoners van Weert en Nederweert naar financiële zelfredzaamheid. Je voert intake- en vervolggesprekken, brengt financiële situaties in kaart en stelt samen met de inwoner een plan van aanpak en begeleidingsplan op. Je bepaalt en coördineert passende hulptrajecten, voert schuldhulpverlening uit voor particulieren en ondernemers en biedt budgetbegeleiding en coaching. In acute situaties schakel je snel en werk je nauw samen met collega's van Participatie, Wmo en externe partners om passende ondersteuning te realiseren. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team met ruimte voor eigen initiatief, ontwikkelmogelijkheden en de vrijheid om je werk vorm te geven, waarbij je echt het verschil maakt voor inwoners. Vereist profiel Wij zoeken een kandidaat die voldoet aan het volgende profiel: - Hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een opleiding in sociaal werk, schuldhulpverlening, maatschappelijk werk of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in schuldhulpverlening, budgetbeheer of financiële begeleiding; ervaring met ondernemers is een pré. - Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving rondom schuldhulpverlening, inkomensondersteuning en gemeentelijke voorzieningen. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden: je voert intakegesprekken, stelt heldere rapportages op en kunt overtuigend samenwerken met stakeholders. - Empathisch en resultaatgericht, stressbestendig, organisatorisch sterk en in staat om zelfstandig casel...
