Regisseur team communicatie - samenvatting Als regisseur communicatie adviseer en ondersteun je het college van B&W, de burgemeester en directie bij strategische, complexe en politiek-bestuurlijke vraagstukken. Je houdt regie op dossiers met hoog afbreukrisico, schakelt snel tussen adviseren, regisseren en produceren en neemt deel aan de gemeentelijke crisisorganisatie voor veiligheidsvraagstukken. Je bent de verbindende kracht binnen het communicatieteam: je bewaakt samenhang, kwaliteit en prioriteiten en helpt collega's inhoudelijk en in hun ontwikkeling. Je staat 'met de voeten in de klei' en weet tegelijk strategisch richting te geven; je creëert rust, overzicht en bent een betrouwbare sparringpartner voor bestuurders en leidinggevenden. De functie betreft 32 uur per week, locatie Geldermalsen, binnen de gemeente West Betuwe - een dynamische, klantgerichte organisatie met korte lijnen naar bestuurders. Vereist profiel - Hbo-opleiding relevant voor communicatie. - Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring als communicatieadviseur en woordvoerder binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie. - Concrete ervaring in de afgelopen 3 jaar met het adviseren van gemeentelijke bestuurders bij strategische, complexe en high-risk vraagstukken. - Aantoonbare ervaring als adviseur van een college en als adviseur van een burgemeester. - Ervaring met communicatieadvies en -ondersteuning bij gemeentelijke veiligheidsvraagstukken en crisiscommunicatie. - Grote advieservaring, politieke sensitiviteit en natuurlijke senioriteit richting bestuurders en leidinggevenden. - Vermogen om collega's van het communicatieteam te coachen, te ondersteunen en hun professionele ontwikkeling te stimuleren. - Persoonlijke kwaliteiten: durf, mensgerichtheid, klantgerichtheid, organisatiesensitiviteit en het vermogen om rust en richting te brengen.
