Actueel Teer groeit hard! Met inmiddels 9 vestigingen in Noord-Holland zijn we een gevestigde naam binnen de vastgoedmarkt. Onze taxatieafdeling groeit mee en daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een Register-Taxateur Wonen / Bedrijfsmatig Vastgoed. Ben jij degene die onze afdeling Taxaties verder laat groeien? Bij Teer is geen taxatie hetzelfde. Je werkt voor een diverse klantenkring, van gemeenten, woningcorporaties en ontwikkelaars tot particulieren, ondernemers en beleggers. De ene dag taxeer je een appartement of eengezinswoning, de andere dag een winkelruimte, bedrijfspand, sportaccommodatie of ontwikkellocatie. Wie zijn wij? Teer is een dynamisch en veelzijdig bedrijf met 9 vestigingen. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in aankoop, verkoop, verhuur, beheer, nieuwbouw, bedrijfsmakelaardij, hypotheken, verzekeringen en taxaties . Professionaliteit, service en persoonlijkheid staan bij ons centraal. Tegelijk vinden we werkplezier, creativiteit en ontwikkeling belangrijk, zodat jij het beste uit jezelf kunt halen. Wat ga je doen? - Uitvoeren van diverse taxaties binnen wonen en/of bedrijfsmatig vastgoed - Inspecteren, analyseren en waarderen van vastgoed - Opstellen van professionele en goed onderbouwde taxatierapporten - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en betrokken partijen - Meedenken over en bijdragen aan de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van onze taxatieafdeling Wat breng je mee? - Je bent Register-Taxateur en beschikt over de benodigde registraties - Je hebt ervaring binnen wonen en/of bedrijfsmatig vastgoed - Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en professioneel - Je hebt een goed gevoel voor de vastgoedmarkt - Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht - Je ziet kansen en vindt het leuk om mee te bouwen aan een groeiende afdeling Wat bieden w...
