Es gibt viele Wege, Kinder in den ersten Lebensjahren dabei zu unterstützen, sich zu gefestigten Persönlichkeiten und offenen, selbstsicheren Menschen zu entwickeln. Als SONNENSTRAHL machen wir es uns täglichen zur Aufgabe, die dafür wichtigen Basiskompetenzen und Qualitäten für diesen Entwicklungsweg zu fördern. In unserer Arbeit mit Kindern und deren Eltern, die wir als gleichwertige Entwicklungspartner sehen, sorgen wir für stabile Rahmenbedingungen, wir öffnen Zugänge zu nachhaltiger Betreuung und Bildung, wir leben und vermitteln die Kraft von Diversität und Vielfalt. Diese Aufgaben übernimmt die gemeinnützige Sonnenstrahl GmbH mit derzeit über 140 Mitarbeiter:innen für 405 Kinder im Alter von 1 bis 6 Jahren an fünf verschiedenen Standorten in Villach.

Als Unterstützer:in der gesundheitlichen Entwicklung von 1 bis 6-jährigen Kindern, suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Reinigungsteams: 1 Reinigungskraft (m/w/d) - Springer:in in Teilzeit für 20 Wochenstunden, ab Oktober 2026

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

º Selbstständiges Reinigen sämtlicher Räume in unseren Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen in Villach

ºEinhaltung der Hygienerichtlinien in der Reinigung

ºArbeitszeit MO-FR von ca. 15:00 bis 21:00, abhängig vom Arbeitsort

Für die Übernahme dieser Aufgaben bringen Sie folgende Kompetenzen mit:

ºFreude an Sauberkeit

ºLiebe fürs Detail

ºTeam- und Konfliktfähigkeit, kooperatives Verhalten

ºBereitschaft in einem internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten

ºFlexibilität

ºDeutschkenntnisse auf B2 Niveau

Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach dem Mindestlohntarif für Helferinnen und Helfer in Privatkindergärten und -krippen. Das Bruttogehalt beträgt auf Vollzeitbasis mindestens 2.206 Euro und erhöht sich entsprechend allfälligen anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten.
