Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams in Sozialzentrum Mühldorf in Vollzeit/Teilzeit als 1 ReinigungsmitarbeiterIn (m/w/d) Meine Aufgaben

Näher am Menschen

* Sicherstellung der hygienischen Unterhalts- und Sichtreinigung unserer Pflegeheime, um für unsere:r Bewohner:innen ein sauberes, gepflegtes und gemütliches Zuhause zu schaffen

* Fachgerechte Entsorgung von Abfällen einschließlich medizinischen Sonderabfall

* Durchführung von Desinfektionsmaßnahmen nach Hygienevorgaben

* Sortieren, Waschen, Trocknen, Bügeln und Verteilen der Bewohner- und Mitarbeiter:innenwäsche

* Einhaltung aller Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien

* Mitarbeit sowohl in der Reinigung als auch in der Wäscherei je nach Bedarf

Mein Profil

Näher am Job

* Erfahrung in der Reinigung/Wäscherei, idealerweise im medizinischen Bereich oder in Bereichen mit besonderen Hygieneanforderungen

* Freude an der Arbeit in einem pflegerischen Umfeld, möglicherweise mit bereits vorhandener praktischer Erfahrung, sowie Kenntnisse der Hygienevorschriften

* Flexibilität im Umgang mit Veränderungen und Fähigkeit, Ruhe zu bewahren

* Empathie und die Fähigkeit, Menschen ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zu zaubern

* Bereitschaft, sowohl in der Reinigung als auch in der Wäscherei eingesetzt zu werden

* Zuverlässige, verantwortungsvolle und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Solide Deutschkenntnisse

* Faire Bezahlung: Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt lt. KV Denkmal - Fassaden und Gebäudereinigung, Lohngruppe 5, EUR 12,73 brutto pro Stunde (inkl. Infektionszulage, exkl. Sonn-/Feiertagszulage) für 40 Wochenstunden.
