¿ Du planst Reisen, die begeistern - von Strandurlaub und Städtetrip bis Kreuzfahrt, Honeymoon und Gruppenreise.

¿ Du berätst unsere Kund:innen persönlich, smart und lösungsorientiert.

¿ Du findest mit Know-how und Kreativität die besten Angebote.

¿ Du begleitest Kund:innen von der ersten Idee bis zur Rückkehr.

¿ Du übernimmst Datenpflege, Qualitätssicherung und Reklamationsmanagement.

¿ Du bringst dich kreativ auf unseren Social Media-Kanälen mit Inspirationen ein.

¿ Du unterstützt unsere Vertriebseinheiten bei täglichen Aufgaben.

Das wünschen wir uns von dir:

¿ Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Reisebüro am Counter, idealerweise als Fachkraft.

¿ Du bist digital affin, nutzt Socialmedia und bist offen für digitale Tools

¿ Du sprichst Deutsch auf C1 Niveau und Englisch auf B2 Niveau

¿ Du bringst solide Geografiekenntnisse mit.

¿ Du bist kommunikativ, strukturiert und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn's einmal turbulent wird.

¿ Du denkst serviceorientiert - mit echtem Concierge-Mindset.

¿ Du bist fit in Bistro, CETS, Iris, Paxconnect und idealerweise in myJACK.
