NL Relatiebeheerder | Sociaal Domein | Software Established Breda Vast 100k Bedrijfsprofiel Onze opdrachtgever is een organisatie met 30 jaar aan historie en hebben hun kantoor gevestigd in Heemstede. Met 45 medewerkers, waarvan 7 developers werken zij aan een grootschalig SaaS product wat gebruikt wordt bij verschillende MVO's. Hier moet je denken aan aangeboden oplossingen voor welzijn, zorg, bibliotheken, vervoer, blended dienstverlening en preventie. Het SaaS product is gebouwd om professionals en vrijwilligers te kunnen verbinden met mensen die hulp nodig hebben in verschillende sectoren. Het product waar je aan werkt heeft dus een groot sociaal impact en je zult dus ook bijdragen aan een mooi doel. Binnen de organisatie hangt er een heel informeel, plat en hechte cultuur. Je zult merken dat de mensen die hier werken hier ook echt voor de langere termijn zitten. Functie omschrijving Als Relatiebeheerder ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de organisatie en klanten in het sociaal domein. Je onderhoudt relaties, monitort de klanttevredenheid en analyseert hoe de software wordt gebruikt. Op basis van klantfeedback en gegevens help je klanten om het maximale uit het systeem te halen. Je bent op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen in de sector en speelt hier proactief op in. Tijdens periodieke klantbezoeken informeer je klanten over nieuwe functionaliteiten en methodieken. Je adviseert hen over een efficiënter gebruik van het systeem en beantwoordt vragen. Daarnaast fungeer je als specialist op een specifiek proces, waarbij je klanten ondersteunt bij complexe vraagstukken en zorgt dat jouw kennis actueel blijft. We zoeken iemand die affiniteit heeft met het sociaal- of zorgdomein, ervaring heeft met software en procesanalyse, en zelfstandig kan werken.
