Wat worden jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden? Onze missie is helder: wij voorkomen vervelende verrassingen. Voor jouw rol als relatiebeheerder betekent dit dat je ervoor zorgt dat risico's inzichtelijk worden gemaakt en onze zakelijke relaties begeleid worden naar oplossingen die passen bij hun situatie. Zo worden ze bij schade niet geconfronteerd met een financiële tegenvaller. Als relatiebeheerder zakelijk en inkomen ben je voornamelijk bezig met het beheer van en advies over verzekerbare risico's van bedrijven en instellingen. Je ondersteunt de risicomanager en je bedient vanuit kantoor ook zelfstandig en proactief bestaande klanten. Daarbij heb je via de telefoon en e-mail veel klantcontact. Samen met de risicomanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor een eigen account met MKB- en grootzakelijke relaties. Jullie analyseren samen de risico's en bieden passende oplossingen aan. Jij hebt de regie bij het afsluiten van nieuwe en het aanpassen van bestaande schade- en inkomensverzekeringen. Wij vragen Wat vragen we van je? - Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. - Je beschikt over de diploma's Wft basis, Wft Schade Particulier, Wft Zakelijk en Wft Inkomen. - Minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar. - Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk) is een pré.
