In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorg je voor het beheer en de uitbreiding van de cliëntenportefeuille voor de vestiging in Dronten. Je adviseert klanten proactief over hun financiële vraagstukken en zorgt ervoor dat ze optimaal worden ondersteund in hun administratie en aangiften. Samen met je team werk je aan het verder verbeteren van onze dienstverlening en klanttevredenheid. Daarbij ben je verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen van jaarrekeningen en het verzorgen van de fiscale aangiften. Vanzelfsprekend voer jij de gesprekken met cliënten over de jaarrekening en weet je adviespunten snel te signaleren. Wat heb je nodig: - HBO-opleiding in Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie of een vergelijkbare richting. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen de accountancy. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling. - Proactieve houding en het vermogen om klanten te adviseren. - Ervaring met boekhoudsoftware en belastingaangiften. Waar kun je op rekenen: - Een salaris tussen €4.000 en €5.500 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring. - Een uitdagende functie met veel verantwoordelijkheden. - Ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden. - Een collegiale werksfeer binnen een groeiend kantoor. - Leaseauto van de zaak met tankpas.
