In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en uitbouwen van relaties met onze cliënten. Je fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen en advies en zorgt ervoor dat onze dienstverlening optimaal aansluit bij de behoeften van de cliënten. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met andere teamleden om jaarrekeningen op te stellen en belastingaangiften voor te bereiden. Door jou ervaring ben je al in staat de jaarrekeningbesprekingen met cliënten te doen. Mocht je nog wat meer willen doorgroeien ten aanzien van de complexere cliënten, kun je uiteraard rekenen op begeleiding van ervaren accountants. Wat heb je nodig: - HBO-opleiding in Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de accountancy. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling. - Proactieve houding met klantgerichte instelling. - Ervaring met boekhoudprogramma's en financiële software. Waar kun je op rekenen: - Een salaris tussen €3.500 en €5.000 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring. - Een veelzijdige functie met veel ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling. - Flexibele werktijden en de mogelijkheid tot hybride werken. - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, inclusief een bonusregeling en opleidingsmogelijkheden.
