- Relatiebeheerder Care - Opleidingsniveau WO - Afdeling Zorg - Carrièreniveau Professional De functie 'Relatiebeheerder ' Als zorgverzekeraar en zorgkantoor bouwen en onderhouden we relaties met de zorgverleners en maken onder andere onderling afspraken over de vergoeding van de zorg. Om deze reden noemen we de functie "Relatiebeheerder" en geen Zorginkoper. Naast dat je als Relatiebeheerder samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk bent voor het gehele contracteringsproces van zowel de Wlz als een deel van de Zvw-verstrekkingen, fungeer je als een verbindende schakel tussen de verschillende disciplines en werkzaamheden. Je kunt goed functioneren op verschillende niveaus van operationeel, naar meer strategisch en tactisch en past je aan aan de context en je gesprekspartners. Je monitort en controleert periodiek de gemaakte afspraken en bespreekt regelmatig de voortgang op onder andere het terrein van doelmatigheid, toegankelijkheid en kwaliteit van de zorg. Ook ben je betrokken bij diverse projecten in de regio en op verschillende beleidsmatige thema's. Als relatiebeheerder ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke lijn die we binnen het zorgkantoor uitzetten. De afdeling Zorg waar je komt te werken bestaat uit de afdelingen Cure, Care en Medisch Advies waar ongeveer negentig medewerkers werken. Het team Relatiebeheer Care waarin je komt te werken, bestaat uit 9 medewerkers en heeft de unieke positie om zowel binnen de Wet langdurige zorg (Wlz) (Verpleging en Verzorging, Gehandicaptenzorg en langdurige GGZ) als de Zorgverzekeringswet (Zvw) (wijkverpleging, geriatrische revalidatiezorg, eerstelijnsverblijf, zintuiglijk gehandicaptenzorg en GZSP) het beleid te maken en te contracteren.
