Wat doet een Relatiebeheerder bij dpo2? Als Relatiebeheerder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen, onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van langdurige relaties met onze opdrachtgevers. Je beheert een eigen klantenportefeuille en bent voor jouw klanten het vaste aanspreekpunt op strategisch niveau. Je weet wat er speelt binnen organisaties, denkt mee over uitdagingen rondom verzuim, inzetbaarheid en preventie en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar passende oplossingen. Samen met onze Verzuim Regisseurs, praktijkondersteuners bedrijfsarts en bedrijfsartsen zorg je ervoor dat klanten optimaal worden ondersteund en dat onze dienstverlening blijft aansluiten op hun behoeften en ambities. Daarnaast: - Voer je periodieke evaluatie-, advies- en voortgangsgesprekken met opdrachtgevers; - Bewaak je contractafspraken en stuur je waar nodig bij; - Signaleer je kansen en behoeften bij klanten en vertaal je deze naar concrete oplossingen; - Monitor je klanttevredenheid en initieer je verbeteracties waar nodig; - Werk je actief samen met de interne klantteams om de dienstverlening continu te optimaliseren; - Draag je bij aan de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van dpo2.
