Jobomschrijving

Als Adviseur Ondernemingsbank maak je deel uit van een team van vier personen. Samen werken jullie aan het ondersteunen en adviseren van ondernemers bij hun financiële vraagstukken. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bouwt sterke relaties op, gebaseerd op vertrouwen en expertise.

Wat houdt je job in?

  • Adviesgesprekken:
  • Je begeleidt ondernemers door hen proactief advies te geven over financiële diensten en producten, zoals kredieten, beleggingen en andere bancaire oplossingen.
  • Relatiebeheer:
  • Je bouwt langdurige relaties op met bestaande klanten en bent verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten.
  • Administratie:
  • Je verwerkt en volgt de nodige administratieve taken op, zoals kredietaanvragen, rapportages en klantendossiers, met oog voor nauwkeurigheid.
  • Samenwerking in het team:
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s om doelen te bereiken en gezamenlijke successen te behalen.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een sales-gerelateerde functie en bent vlot met het lezen van balansen.
  • Je genoot bij voorkeur een Economische opleiding (Bachelor/Master).
  • Sterke adviesvaardigheden en een klantgerichte mindset.
  • Analytisch vermogen om financiële situaties snel en accuraat te beoordelen.
  • Een proactieve en flexibele instelling om kansen te signaleren en benutten.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een verzorgd voorkomen.
