Relatiebeheerder Particulier 32-40 uur per week 3.000,- tot 4.000,- Drenthe | Coevorden Verzekeren Sluitingsdatum: 31-10-2026 Voor Reinders Assurantiën, onderdeel van de Certe Groep, zijn wij op zoek naar een klantgerichte en enthousiaste Relatiebeheerder Particulier voor 32 tot 40 uur per week in Coevorden. In deze functie begeleid en adviseer je particuliere klanten op een persoonlijke, deskundige en servicegerichte manier. Interessante baan? Functieomschrijving - Adviseer je particuliere klanten over verzekeringen voor onder andere auto, woning, aansprakelijkheid en andere risico's; - Stel je offertes op en verwerk je mutaties; - Begeleid je klanten bij het aanpassen van polissen en bij schade; - Onderhoud en versterk je bestaande klantrelaties; - Zorg je ervoor dat nieuwe klanten zich welkom voelen; - Denk je actief mee over mogelijkheden om de dienstverlening verder te verbeteren. Samen komen we verder In de praktijk Als Relatiebeheerder Particulier ben je het aanspreekpunt voor particuliere klanten. Je begeleidt hen bij uiteenlopende verzekeringsvraagstukken, van het eerste adviesgesprek en het opstellen van een offerte tot het aanpassen van een polis of het begeleiden bij schade. Persoonlijke aandacht en heldere communicatie staan hierbij centraal. Je bouwt aan bestaande klantrelaties, verwelkomt nieuwe klanten en denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van de dienstverlening. Binnen Reinders Assurantiën krijg je verantwoordelijkheid en vertrouwen en is er ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Door initiatief te nemen en je ambities uit te spreken, kun je actief richting geven aan je verdere loopbaan.
