The posting

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een vaste groep klanten en regelt voor hen het inhuurproces, het contractmanagement en de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers. Jij zorgt dat nieuwe medewerkers goed starten bij jouw klant. Dit komt er in de praktijk op neer: - Je onderhoudt de relatie met je klanten - Je coördineert de inhuur van nieuwe medewerkers - Je stelt contracten op en beheert ze - Je organiseert en begeleidt de onboarding bij je klanten - Je bewaakt compliance en wetgeving - Je verbetert de dienstverlening aan je klanten Je schakelt de hele dag met klanten, kandidaten en leveranciers. Van het eerste contact tot en met het inwerktraject bewaak jij het proces, en zo bouw je relaties op die jaren meegaan.

Ervaring bij een broker, MSP of in de uitzendbranche is mooi meegenomen. Je past goed in deze rol als je beschikt over: - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als relatiemanager, contractmanager, inhuurconsultant of in een vergelijkbare functie - Ervaring met contractmanagementsystemen - Goede kennis van compliance, risicobeheer en wetgeving zoals de AVG en de WAB - Vloeiend Nederlands in woord en een goede beheersing van zakelijk Engels - Plezier in eigen verantwoordelijkheid voor je klanten en hun onboarding - Een stevige houding in gesprekken met klanten - Het vermogen om snel te schakelen, prioriteiten te stellen en problemen op te lossen - Een zorgvuldige, nauwkeurige en zelfstandige werkwijze
