Locatie Eindhoven Salaris € 2.913 - € 4.370 Werkweek 32 - 40 uur We zoeken twee Relatiemanagers Zorgcentra: één voor regio Noord-Nederland en één voor regio Midden-Nederland. Als Relatiemanager ben je samen met één Accountmanager verantwoordelijk voor een eigen rayon met zorgcentra. Jij bent de vaste contactpersoon voor jouw klanten en zorgt voor een sterke, langdurige samenwerking. Je bent veel op pad: 3 tot 4 keer per week bezoek je klanten. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om jouw rayon te beheren en bent verantwoordelijk voor klantbehoud, groei en resultaat. Over de functie Jouw klanten zijn allemaal anders. De ene klant heeft behoefte aan extra ondersteuning, terwijl je bij een andere klant juist kansen ziet om de samenwerking verder uit te bouwen. Jij weet wat er speelt en past je aanpak daarop aan. Tijdens je klantbezoeken bespreek je ontwikkelingen, signaleer je kansen en pak je knelpunten aan. Je zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen en houdt contact met de collega's die nodig zijn om zaken goed te regelen. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met jouw Accountmanager. Jullie vullen elkaar aan: de Accountmanager richt zich op de commerciële ontwikkeling, terwijl jij vanuit de relatie en dagelijkse samenwerking zorgt dat klanten goed worden bediend. Ook intern ben je een belangrijke schakel. Je brengt signalen van klanten naar de juiste collega's en zorgt ervoor dat acties daadwerkelijk worden opgevolgd. Je hebt veel vrijheid in hoe je jouw rayon organiseert. Wat telt, is dat je klanten behoudt, kansen benut en zorgt dat jouw rayon zich blijft ontwikkelen.
