Deine Rolle bei uns: Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)-Lösungen. Du schaffst die Brücke zwischen Technik und Mensch: Du stellst sicher, dass neue Releases reibungslos, effizient und mit hoher Akzeptanz bei unseren internen Nutzer*innen ankommen. Dein Fokus liegt auf der organisatorischen Steuerung und der Qualitätssicherung der technischen Lieferungen.

Was dich erwartet

* Change Management: Du entwickelst und implementierst Change-Management-Strategien und -Pläne, um unsere IT-Teams und betroffene Systeme auf anstehende veränderte Business-Anforderungen im Dynamics 365 BC-Umfeld vorzubereiten und zu begleiten. * Releasemanagement: Du planst, koordinierst und überwachst die Bereitstellung neuer Funktionen und Updates für unsere Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC-Systeme über verschiedene Umgebungen hinweg (DEV, STAGE, Produktion). * Testmanagement: Du definierst geeignete Testverfahren für neue Softwarefunktionen und planst, koordinierst und kontrollierst die Testdurchführung und stellst so die Qualität der ausgelieferten Softwarefunktionen sicher. * Stakeholder-Management: Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle. Du arbeitest eng mit Business Ownerinnen, Dienstleistern, IT-Kolleginnen sowie Tester*innen zusammen, um Release-Inhalte zu priorisieren und termingerecht umzusetzen. * Kommunikation: Du konzipierst und führst Kommunikationsmaßnahmen durch, um Key-User und Anwender*innen frühzeitig abzuholen und für neue Software-Features zu begeistern. * Prozessgestaltung: Du definierst und optimierst unsere IT-Prozesse im Bereich Change, Release und Test nach bewährten Best Practices.

Deine Skills

* Basis: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit erster relevanter Berufserfahrung. * Mindset: Eine strukturierte, analytische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise. * Soft Skills: Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Moderations- und Überzeugungsgeschick. * Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse für die Abstimmung mit unseren internen Stakeholdern.

Das rundet dein Profil ab (optional)

* Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im Change- und/oder Releasemanagement in einer IT-Umgebung (vorzugsweise im ERP-Kontext). * Erste praktische Berührungspunkte mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). * Kenntnisse im Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), ITIL oder im Umgang mit Tools wie Jira.
