Ben jij iemand die vooruitdenkt, makkelijk schakelt en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt? Voor een moderne bouworganisatie in Nieuwegein zoeken we een Renovatiecoördinator. Je vormt een belangrijke verbinding tussen opdrachtgever, werkvoorbereiding, uitvoering, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Jij zorgt ervoor dat afspraken duidelijk zijn en dat iedereen op het juiste moment over de juiste informatie beschikt. Jouw werk doet ertoe Renovatie is meer dan alleen een gebouw opknappen. Je werkt vaak in een bestaande omgeving waarin bewoners, gebruikers en opdrachtgevers rekening moeten houden met de werkzaamheden. Ondertussen moet het project gewoon volgens planning blijven lopen. Dat vraagt om een goede voorbereiding én iemand die het overzicht bewaart. Jij kijkt vooruit. Welke materialen zijn nodig? Wanneer moeten onderaannemers starten? Zijn de tekeningen compleet? Welke werkzaamheden kunnen tegelijkertijd plaatsvinden en wat moet juist na elkaar gebeuren? Door deze vragen vooraf te beantwoorden, voorkom je problemen tijdens de uitvoering. Wat ga je doen? Interessante projecten In Nieuwegein werk je bijvoorbeeld aan grootschalige renovatie van bestaande woningcomplexen. Denk aan projecten waarbij complete gevels worden verbeterd, woningen worden verduurzaamd en installaties worden vernieuwd. Ook groot onderhoud aan appartementencomplexen kan onderdeel zijn van je portefeuille. Sommige projecten worden gefaseerd uitgevoerd omdat bewoners in het gebouw blijven wonen.
