Vollzeit (40 Wochenstunden)

Verantwortlichkeiten:

* Unterstützen Sie Kund:innen bei der Auswahl der richtigen Mietoptionen

* Bieten Sie während des gesamten Mietprozesses außergewöhnlichen Kundenservice

* Verarbeiten Sie Mietverträge und Zahlungen genau

* Verkaufsziele erreichen und übertreffen

Anforderungen:

* Vorherige Kundenserviceerfahrung bevorzugt

* Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten (Englisch und Deutsch)

* Führerschein B

* Fähigkeit, im Team und unabhängig zu arbeiten

* Flexibilität, teilweise an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten

* Die Arbeitszeit vereinbaren wir im Rahmen der Öffnungszeiten: Montag bis Freitag von 08:00 bis 19:00 Uhr Samstag von 08:00 bis 20:30 und Sonntag von 10:00 bis 18:00 Uhr (Änderungen vorbehalten)

Gehalt:

Das Entgelt für die Stelle als Kundenberater/in beträgt 2.200,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung (40 Wochenstunden) zzgl. WE Zuschläge und Verkaufsbonus auf Zusatzleistungen
