Als Rentmeester bij Enexis geef je de energietransitie letterlijk grond onder de voeten. Jij verwerft gronden voor nieuwe stations en netuitbreiding, waarbij je onderhandelt met eigenaren en samenwerkt in multidisciplinaire teams. Een afwisselende rol met directe maatschappelijke impact op de energievoorziening van morgen.

Wat ga je doen als Rentmeester? In deze functie sta je aan de basis van de energietransitie in Overijssel. Jij zorgt dat Enexis de benodigde gronden kan verwerven of gebruiken voor de aanleg van kabels, leidingen en nieuwe midden- en hoogspanningsstations, of voor uitbreiding van bestaande stations. Van de eerste onderhandelingen tot het vastleggen van overeenkomsten: jij creëert de ruimte die nodig is om het stroomnet te laten groeien.

Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team en schakelt continu met projectleiders, omgevingsmanagers, juristen en collega-rentmeesters. Elk project vraagt om maatwerk: je houdt rekening met de belangen van grondeigenaren én de technische en juridische eisen van de organisatie. Je voert gesprekken aan de keukentafel met agrariërs, gemeenten en waterschappen, onderhandelt over gebruiksrechten en denkt actief mee over landschappelijke inpassing of vervangende grond. Daarnaast schakel je met provincies en andere netbeheerders om projecten soepel en volgens planning te laten verlopen. Een afwisselende baan waarin geen dag hetzelfde is en waarin jouw inzet direct zichtbaar is in de uitbreiding van ons energienetwerk.

- Je werkt graag samen in multidisciplinaire teams en schakelt moeiteloos tussen interne en externe stakeholders;

- Je bent resultaatgericht, houdt overzicht in complexe projecten en zorgt dat afspraken tijdig worden gerealiseerd;
