Die Unternehmenskultur zeichnet sich durch Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe und ein respektvol... 1 Reservation Agent (m/w/d) DEINE ROLLE In dieser spannenden Funktion bist Du im Central Reservations Team der VERKEHRSBUERO HOSPITALITY mit den Marken Austria Trend Hotels, Spark by Hilton, Curio Collection by Hilton, Handwritten Collection by Accor sowie Marriott tätig.

* Unterstützung des Teams bei dem aktiven Zimmerverkauf an Firmen, Reisebüros und Privatkunden * Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kund:innen * Aktives Up- & Cross-Selling sowie Gutscheinverkauf * Organisation und Umsetzung von Sonderwünschen unserer anspruchsvollen Gäste * Koordination der Gäste Bedürfnisse mit den zuständigen Abteilungen in unseren Hotels * Sorgfältige Pflege und Wartung der Kunden- und Reservierungsdatenbank in Protel * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Revenue und Sales Teamleitern * Einhaltung der Hotelpreispolitik aller VERKEHRSBUERO HOSPITALITY Hotels * Koordination und Kontrolle der Gruppenreservierungen und Optionsbuchungen * Einhaltung der Reservierungsstandards und der allgemeinen Richtlinien gemäß unserem Erfolgsprofil und Leitbild * Produktkenntnisse aller Hotels der VERKEHRSBUERO HOSPITALITY

Zusätzlich bietet die Position die Möglichkeit, sich innerhalb des Unternehmens weiterzuentwickeln, insbesondere in Richtung Kongress- oder Gruppenabteilung.

DEINE STÄRKEN * Abgeschlossene, hotelspezifische bzw. touristische Ausbildung * Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Reservierung oder Front Office * Erfahrung mit Hotel-Software wie OPERA Cloud & V5, Empower, OnQ/R&I sowie Protel ist von Vorteil * Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit herzlicher und positiver Ausstrahlung * Flexibilität, um schnell und positiv auf verschiedene Situationen zu reagieren * Hervorragende Organisationsfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität * Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise * Teamspirit ist für Dich sehr wichtig * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Für die Position als Reservation Agent (m/w/d) gilt ein KV-Mindestgrundgehalt von € 2.263 brutto monatlich. Natürlich honorieren wir Berufserfahrung und Qualifikationen, sodass Du mit einer entsprechenden Überzahlung Dein Bruttogehalt auf € 2.350 erhöhen kannst.
