Solliciteer dan snel op de vacature Resident Maintenance Manager in Roosendaal. PRIMARK® heeft een distributiecentrum van ruim 30.000 m2 oppervlakte gebouwd. Vanuit Roosendaal worden alle PRIMARK®-winkels in Zuid-West Europa bevoorraad met de laatste fashiontrends. Het geautomatiseerde deel van het distributiecentrum in Roosendaal is in januari 2020 operationeel geworden en gestart met 20 meter hoge automatsche kranen, AGV's (Automated Guided Vehicels), Monorailsysteem, Pallettransportsystemen, WMS software en een volledig ingerichte werkplaats. Het afgelopen jaar is het uitgebreid onder andere met de installatie van bijna 500 Flexi shuttels. Ook het team wordt uitgebreid, we groeien van 12 naar een team van 37 medewerkers. Als Resident Maintenance manager geef je direct leiding aan de 5 teamleads en de Maintenance Supervisor. Je focus ligt op de dagelijkse operationele activiteiten, waarbij de nadruk ligt op klanttevredenheid, veiligheid, productiviteit, en medewerkerstevredenheid. Deze functie biedt jou de kans om het team verder uit te bouwen en vorm te geven en een grote bijdrage te leveren aan de groei van onze organisatie. Wat ga je doen als Resident Maintenance Manager: - Je geeft leiding aan het on site team bij het geautomatiseerde distributiecenter van PRIMARK®. Het team bestaat uit 30 onderhoudsmonteurs, waarvan 5 in dagdienst, de overige in een 5-ploegendienst, 5 teamleads en 1 maintenance Supervisor. Daarnaast wordt je ondersteunt door o.a. HR en HSE van de Customer Service afdeling van SSI SCHÄFER Nederland - Je houdt toezicht op het budget en het behalen van operationele doelstellingen en levert input voor verbeteringen - Je stelt een onderhoudsplan op en voert dit uit, zodat de functionaliteit van he...
