- En tant que Responsable de cuisine, vous participez activement au bon fonctionnement de la cuisine et veillez à maintenir une organisation efficace au quotidien. - Méticuleux/se, précis/e et volontaire, vous êtes capable de réagir rapidement et de faire preuve de polyvalence au sein d'une petite structure où l'esprit d'équipe occupe une place essentielle. - Attentif/ve à la relation avec les clients ainsi qu'au bon équilibre entre la salle et la cuisine, vous contribuez à l'évolution de la cuisine et de ses pratiques. - Passionné/e par votre métier, vous favorisez le partage et la collaboration afin de faire évoluer le restaurant de manière efficace, cohérente et collective. - Créatif/ve, vous participez à l'élaboration des plats du jour et êtes également amené/e à intervenir dans le cadre d'événements. Vous savez faire preuve de réactivité et trouver des solutions lorsque la situation l'exige. - Autonome et organisé/e, vous êtes capable de créer des fiches techniques et d'assurer le suivi de celles déjà existantes. - Grâce à votre expérience, vous contribuez au développement du restaurant tout en étant capable de remettre en question certaines pratiques lorsque cela permet à l'équipe de progresser dans une même direction. - Polyvalent/e, vous êtes également disposé/e à intervenir en salle lorsque les besoins du service le nécessitent. La structure accorde une importance particulière à la cohésion entre les différents postes ainsi qu'aux valeurs d'entraide, de respect et d'esprit d'équipe. - Vos responsabilités comprennent notamment la production et le respect des fiches techniques, la gestion des stocks et des coûts, les commandes, l'organisation des horaires et du temps de travail, le suivi du service et du nettoyage, le respect des normes HACCP et AFSCA, ainsi que des tâches de supervision, d'organisation, de planification et d'inventaire.

- Vous êtes un/e professionnel/le de la cuisine, confirmé/e ou en devenir, et souhaitez vous investir pleinement dans le fonctionnement d'un établissement. - Vous êtes autonome, créatif/ve, polyvalent/e, engagé/e, sérieux/se et ponctuel/le. - Vous disposez des compétences nécessaires pour prendre en charge les différentes tâches liées à la cuisine et à son organisation. Vous êtes à l'aise avec la production, les fiches techniques, la gestion des stocks et des coûts, les commandes, l'organisation du service, le nettoyage ainsi que les règles d'hygiène alimentaire. - Vous faites preuve d'efficacité, d'organisation et de capacité de planification et êtes en mesure de participer à la supervision de l'activité. - Votre esprit d'équipe et votre capacité à prendre des responsabilités vous permettront de gagner rapidement en autonomie au sein de la structure.
