Pour notre client, une entreprise reconnue dans la production de produits de volaille précuits et surgelés, nous recrutons un(e) responsable de ligne.

Vos missions :

  • Gérez une ligne de production complète.
  • Coacher et motiverune équipe de 3 à 5 travailleurs.
  • Favorisez une excellente coopération au sein de votre équipe.
  • Travaillez ensemble pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.
  • Impliquez-vous personnellement dans le travail à la ligne.

Profil recherché(e) :

  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans la production dans le secteur alimentaire.
  • Vous avez du talent pour diriger une équipe, l'expérience est un atout.
  • Vous possédez un bagage technique.
  • Vous êtes un bon communicateur et vous avez le sens des responsabilités.
  • Ordre et propreté sont des valeurs importantes pour vous.
  • Vous êtes disposé à travailler avec de la viande crue.
  • L'environnement frais ne vous effraie pas.
