Nous recherchons un(e) responsable fraisage pour prendre en charge l'organisation et la performance d'un secteur dédié au fraisage à commande numérique.

En tant que responsable fraisage, vous êtes responsable des équipes et des moyens de production du secteur fraisage CN. Vous jouez un rôle central dans l'organisation quotidienne de l'activité, avec pour objectif de garantir une production performante, fiable et de qualité.

Vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

  • Programmer les machines de fraisage à commande numérique ;
  • Assurer le montage et la mise en route des machines ;
  • Préparer et structurer les dossiers de fabrication et les feuilles de montage ;
  • Organiser et gérer le magasin d'outils ainsi que les stocks associés ;
  • Assurer la gestion et le suivi des programmes pièces ;
  • Optimiser le temps d'usinage et maximiser le temps de production ;
  • Réduire les temps de montage et les pertes de temps, tout en maintenant un niveau de qualité optimal ;
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations permettant d'augmenter continuellement la qualité des pièces produites ;
  • Encadrer et accompagner les collaborateurs du secteur dans une logique de performance et d'amélioration continue. Vous travaillez en collaboration avec différents interlocuteurs internes, notamment les équipes commercial, achats, qualité, comptabilité et la direction.

Votre profil

Nous recherchons avant tout une personne technique, expérimentée et passionnée par l'usinage, capable de prendre des responsabilités et de fédérer une équipe.

Vous disposez idéalement de :

  • Une formation technique supérieure de type bachelier / Ingénieur industriel ;
  • Une expérience significative dans le domaine du fraisage et de la commande numérique, idéalement autour de 10 ans ;
  • Une solide expérience pratique du métier de fraiseur conventionnel et CN ;
  • Une bonne connaissance des machines, des outils de coupe et des matières usinées ;
  • Une maîtrise des langages de programmation utilisés sur les machines, notamment ISO et Heidenhain ;
  • Une bonne connaissance de Mastercam ;
  • Des connaissances en CAO/FAO, informatique et ERP ;
  • Des compétences en gestion de stock et de magasin d'outils ;
  • La connaissance de l'anglais et de l'allemand constitue un atout.
