DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen zoekt een gepassioneerde Restaurant Chef om ons restaurant naar een hoger niveau te tillen.Als Restaurant Chef speel jij een sleutelrol in dit proces en geef je samen met onze Executive Chef leiding aan een ons keuken team!Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenAls Restaurant Chef ben jij het aanspreekpunt in de keuken. Je zorgt voor een inspirerende werksfeer, uitstekende gerechten en strakke processen. Concreet ben je verantwoordelijk voor: • Leiding geven: Je motiveert en begeleidt het keukenteam op een duidelijke maar informele manier. • Dagelijkse planning: Je plant de werkzaamheden en bewaakt de voortgang in de keuken. • Inkoop: Verantwoordelijk voor het inkopen van kwaliteitsproducten en het beheren van de voorraad. • Presentatie van gerechten: Jouw creatieve touch maakt elk gerecht een beleving. • HACCP & hygiëne: Je zorgt voor een veilige en schone werkomgeving en handhaaft de hoogste standaarden. • Naleving van standaarden: Je waarborgt dat onze gasten genieten van de kwaliteit die ze van Hilton mogen verwachten.Daarnaast werk je samen met het keukenteam om gerechten te bereiden voor Restaurant Flora, de bar, roomservice en alle banqueting evenementen.

Functie-eisen: Wie zoeken wij?Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven professional met een passie voor koken en leiderschap. Jij: • Hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende rol in de keuken. • Hebt uitstekende kennis van HACCP en allergenen. • Kunt overzicht houden en goed plannen in een dynamische werkomgeving. • Hebt eigen vervoer (ons hotel is beperkt bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer). • Flexibel inzetbaar, ook in het weekend en avondenDit kun je onder andere van ons verwachten: • Een marktconform salaris in salarisschaal VII • Hilton GO voordelen, waaronder overnachtingen vanaf €45 per nacht (inclusief ontbijt) • De mogelijkhei
