Restaurant General Manager KFC Kampen - Restaurant Manager - KFC Kampen - fulltime - €3.000 - €3.500 per maand Als Restaurant General Manager bij KFC ben jij de inspirerende leider van jouw restaurantteam. Je runt de dagelijkse gang van zaken en bent verantwoordelijk voor alle operationele aspecten van het restaurant, waaronder voedselbereiding, verkoop, voorraadbeheer, personeelsplanning en financiën. Je begeleidt en motiveert je team (circa 50 - 100 medewerkers), zorgt voor een goede sfeer in het team en een optimale beleving voor onze gasten. Ook bewaak je de kwaliteit van alles wat er op het dienblad van onze gasten wordt geserveerd. MAAK IMPACT In deze rol heb je de autonomie om je restaurant te runnen alsof het je eigen bedrijf is, met een focus op de verbetering van prestaties in vier cruciale gebieden: Medewerkers, Gasten, Verkoop en Winst. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere: - Het managen van de prestaties van het restaurant - Het coachen, trainen en betrekken van je team om hen te helpen zich te ontwikkelen tot hun beste zelf - Het behalen van KPI's om te garanderen dat jouw restaurant aan de hoge standaarden voldoet - Het uitvoeren van wekelijkse administratieve taken om een goed functionerende organisatie te waarborgen - Het beheren van de winst- en verliesrekening - Het leiden van de operatie met een hoge standaard, zodat gasten een onvergetelijke ervaring krijgen die hen telkens weer terug laat keren. - Het beheren van het wervingsproces om het beste talent aan te trekken dat onze kernwaarden - slim, hart en moed - vertegenwoordigt BRENG JE BESTE ZELF - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau en aantoonbare ervaring in leiderschap en ontwikkeling van een divers team, met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; kennis van HR-disciplinaire en klachtenprocedures is een pluspunt - Sterke people management-vaardigheden, met het vermogen om een team te coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen - Ervaring in retail en horeca ...
