Waar ga je werken?

Je gaat aan de slag bij Hotel Old Dutch / Restaurant Le Pompadour in Volendam. In het restaurant staan kwaliteit en het product centraal. Je werkt met verse producten van goede kwaliteit en krijgt te maken met verschillende soorten gasten, gerechten en gelegenheden.

Je komt terecht in een persoonlijke, gastvrije en betrokken werkomgeving met korte lijnen. Iedereen helpt elkaar en er is ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, mee te denken en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Als Zelfstandig Werkend Kok zorg je samen met het keukenteam voor kwalitatief goede gerechten en een fijne ervaring voor onze gasten. Je werkt zelfstandig en krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• Het bereiden van warme en koude gerechten volgens recept; • Het uitvoeren van voorbereidende werkzaamheden; • Het bewaken en naleven van de HACCP- en hygiënevoorschriften; • Het beheren van de keukenvoorraad; • Het plaatsen en controleren van bestellingen; • Het meedenken over gerechten, de menukaart en recepturen; • De keuken netjes maken ('s morgens wordt de keuken grondig schoongemaakt);

Je werkt met verschillende soorten gerechten en producten. Van à-la-carte diner en lunch tot groepsdiners, arrangementen en speciale diners. Je werkt met zowel vis als vlees en met verse producten van goede kwaliteit.

Functie-eisen: Wij zoeken een zelfstandig werkend kok die weet van aanpakken en plezier heeft in het vak. Je brengt mee:

• Een afgeronde opleiding tot kok; • Ervaring als zelfstandig werkend kok; • Je kunt goed werken onder tijdsdruk; • Je neemt initiatief en werkt zelfstandig; • Je hebt passie voor koken en de horeca; • Je kunt
