Wir sind Spezialisten für Steaks (US-Beef, Argentinischen Beef, Ocean Beef) auf Schweizer Art. 1 Restaurant - Schichtleitung (m/w/d) mit Gastronomieerfahrung

langfristige Dauerstelle - im Rahmen einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung

SO SIEHT IHR ARBEITSTAG ALS SCHICHTLEITER_IN AUS :

* betreuen unsere Gäste und sorgen für deren Zufriedenheit

* verantworten einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf während der Schicht

* achten auf die Einhaltung der geltenden Standards und Vorschriften (HACCP usw.)

* teilen die verfügbaren Arbeitskräfte gemäß Dienstplan ein

* führen die Mitarbeiter_innen während der Schicht

* lösen etwaige auftretende Probleme

* unterstützen die Mitarbeiter_innen an deren Stationen

* erledigen administrative Aufgaben wie z.B. Abrechnung der Stationskellner_innen

* führen tägliche und monatliche Inventuren und Warenkontrollen durch

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen (Mitarbeiter_innen und Gäste)

* hohe Serviceorientierung und Lernbereitschaft

* selbstständiges, verantwortungsbewusstes und teamorientiertes Arbeiten

* Gastronomieerfahrung ist Voraussetzung, idealerweise haben Sie schon Erfahrung im Service gesammelt

* Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst, zur Wochenendarbeit und für Überstunden

* gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, sehr gute Umgangsformen und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Festanstellung auf Vollzeitbasis (40 Wochenstunden)

* JEDE geleistete Stunde wird in Geld oder Zeitausgleich abgegolten

* Arbeitszeiten: 5 Tage Woche mit 8 Stunden im Schichtbetrieb

(7 Tage, von 11 bis 0 Uhr) mit bis zu 3 bis 4 Tage durchgehend frei

* umfassende Unterstützung in der Einarbeitungszeit und laufende Trainings

BEZAHLUNG:

Entlohnung laut Kollektivvertrag, Ausbildung & Erfahrung (Monatsbruttogehalt auf Vollzeitbasis als Einstiegsgehalt Euro 2.250,-- / gelernt Euro 2.500,--)

Mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation. Weiters bieten wir eine Umsatzprämie bei Zielerreichung. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Restaurant - Schichtleitung (m/w/d) mit Gastronomieerfahrung beträgt 2.250,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
