Unsere Gäste schätzen die Verbindung von kulinarischem Genuss und einzigartigem Ambiente. Im Herzen des Rheintals, nahe Feldkirch, Liechtenstein und der Ostschweiz gelegen, sind wir bequem und schnell erreichbar.

Zur Verstärkung unseres 16-köpfigen Teams suchen wir 1 Restaurantfachmann/-frau (Voll- oder Teilzeit) Ihre Aufgaben

* Professionelle und zuvorkommende Betreuung unserer Gäste im À-la-carte- sowie im Bankettbereich

* Beratung zu Speisen, Getränken und Weinempfehlungen

* Reibungslose Organisation und Koordination des Serviceablaufs

* Aufnahme von Bestellungen sowie das Servieren von Speisen und Getränken

* Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung des Gastraums sowie der Servicestationen

* Sachgemäßer Umgang mit Kassen- und Abrechnungssystemen

* Einhalten der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards gemäß HACCP

* Bearbeitung von Gästewünschen und Reklamationen mit Fingerspitzengefühl

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Restaurantfachkraft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im gehobenen Servicebereich von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Gast- und Serviceorientierung

* Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und freundliche Ausstrahlung

* Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

* Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke

* Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zu Schicht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit
