Das Hotel PRIMUS ZWEI ist ein kleines aber feines, familiengeführtes Hotel und befindet sich inmitten des grünen Erholungsgebiets Laaerberg, direkt gegenüber dem Kurpark des größten Stadt-Thermalbades Europas, umgeben von idyllischen Heurigenlokalen.

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung des Teams ab sofort 1 Restaurantleiter/in Restaurantleiter_in (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

* Organisation und Durchführung von Feiern und Veranstaltungen

* Erstellung und Koordination der Teameinteilung

* Bearbeitung und Organisation von Reservierungen

* Professionelle Betreuung und Bewirtung unserer Gäste

* Koordination der täglichen Abläufe im Restaurant

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs

* Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Gäste und Mitarbeiter/innen

* Unterstützung bei der Organisation des Hotel-Restaurant-Betriebs

Das bringst du mit

* Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise in einer leitenden Position

* Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten

* Freundliches, professionelles und gepflegtes Auftreten

* Ausgeprägte Deutschkenntnisse

* Gute Englischkenntnisse

* Weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

Arbeitszeit

* 40 Stunden pro Woche

* 5-Tage-Woche

* Arbeitszeiten nach Vereinbarung

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten erforderlich

Gehalt

2.900 € brutto bei 40 Stunden/Woche
