Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Leitung unseres gesamten Restaurantbereichs

* Personalplanung: Erstellung des wöchentlichen Einsatzplanes

* Qualitätskontrolle in der Abteilung

* Durchführung und Mitorganisation von Veranstaltung in unserem Hotel wie z.B. Hochzeiten, Geburtstage, usw.

* Weiterentwicklung der Servicequalität

* Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Serviceablauf im Restaurant

Das erwarten wir:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in diesem Bereich und mehrjährige Erfahrung in ähnlichen Positionen in der gehobenen Gastronomie

* Hohe Kundenorientierung

* Hohes Qualitätsverständnis, hoher Servicestandard und sehr gute Fachkenntnisse

* Konfliktfähigkeit, Klare Kommunikation, Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Vorbildfunktion

* Kontaktfreudigkeit bei der Betreuung unserer Gäste, Sicherstellung der Gästezufriedenheit

* Ausgezeichnete Produktkenntnisse bei Weine und Küche

* Entsprechen gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
