In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf im Service, führst und motivierst dein Team und stellst sicher, dass unsere Gäste unvergessliche kulinarische Momente erleben. Mit Umsicht, Professionalität und Leidenschaft für höchste Servicequalität repräsentierst du das Hotel Sacher Salzburg in allen Belangen - sei es im Gourmetrestaurant Zirbelzimmer oder bei exklusiven Bankettveranstaltungen. Wir sorgen dafür mit tollen Kolleg:innen, einzigartigem Teamgeist, individuellen Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten, flexi... 1 Restaurantleitung - Fine Dining Restaurant Zirbelzimmer & Bankett (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben:

* Gesamtverantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf im Gourmetrestaurant Zirbelzimmer sowie im Bankettbereich * Aktive Gastgeberrolle: Begrüßung, Platzierung und Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste auf höchstem Niveau * Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Serviceteams (inkl. Dienstplanerstellung und Schulungen) * Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Service- und Qualitätsstandards gemäß den Maßstäben der "Leading Hotels of the Worlds" * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung eines perfekten Ablaufs * Koordination und Betreuung von exklusiven Bankettveranstaltungen * Verantwortung für das Beschwerdemanagement sowie lösungsorientierte Gästekommunikation * Kontrolle von Warenbeständen, Inventuren und Bestellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf * Umsatzverantwortung im Bereich Zirbelzimmer & Bankett

Arbeitszeiten: Vollzeit, 40 Wochenstunden zwischen 07:00 Uhr und 24:00 Uhr, je nach Dienstplan

Dein Profil: * Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im gehobenen Restaurant, - oder Bankettbereich * Ausgeprägte Gastgeberqualitäten, souveränes Auftreten, hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung * Organisationstalent, Entscheidungsfreude und Einsatzbereitschaft sowie ein klarer Blick für effiziente Abläufe * Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil * Leidenschaft für Servicekultur auf höchstem Niveau sowie Liebe zum Detail * Teamorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit und Freude daran, Kolleg:innen zu motivieren und zu fördern
