Bij De Kastanjehof, een sfeervol restaurant-boetiekhotel in het groene Lage Vuursche, zoeken we een Restaurantmanager die zowel leidinggeeft als actief meewerkt op de vloer. Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor het restaurant, hotelbeheer en banqueting. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Met veertien sfeervolle kamers, een ruim terras en een verrassende keuken bieden we onze gasten een unieke ervaring, of het nu gaat om een intiem diner, een luxe weekendje weg of een groots evenement. Gastvrijheid, gastronomie en oog voor perfectie staan bij ons centraal. Als Restaurantmanager zorg je ervoor dat alles in het restaurant én hotel op rolletjes loopt. Dit betekent dat je gasten een topbeleving biedt, personeel traint en inspireert, wijn-spijscombinaties adviseert en ook de operationele kant beheert, zoals reserveringen, e-mails en het in- en uitchecken van hotelgasten. Je hebt oog voor detail, werkt digitaal vaardig en streeft altijd naar perfectie. Daarnaast werk je actief mee met het team op de vloer, waarbij je het goede voorbeeld geeft en samen zorgt voor een gastvrije, energieke sfeer.
