WO Onbepaalde tijd OPE-145681 Yes Gebiedsadviseur milieu Jouw rol Rotterdam kiest voor 'goede groei': we bouwen meer woningen en verduurzamen de haven, maar zorgen tegelijkertijd voor een gezonde en leefbare stad. Dit maakt de ruimtelijke ordening steeds complexer. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het bouwen op milieubelaste locaties (vooral op de grens met de haven) of het werken aan betere luchtkwaliteit samen met verkeersdeskundigen. Als Gebiedsadviseur Milieu schuif jij al vroeg in het planproces aan, nog vóórdat het ontwerp begint, om te bepalen wat er in een gebied wel en niet kan. Jouw focus ligt altijd op een gezonde, veilige en aantrekkelijke leefomgeving. Met jouw gevoel voor politieke verhoudingen en begrip voor diverse (interne en externe) belangen, vertaal je deze missie naar concrete oplossingsrichtingen. Je verbindt moeiteloos met verkeersadviseurs, planologen en stedenbouwkundigen, en zet met woord en krachtig beeld milieuonderwerpen stevig op de agenda. Binnen deze brede, verbindende rol stroop je de mouwen op voor de volgende werkzaamheden: - Adviseren op gebieds- en beleidsniveau: We moeten als stad bouwen bij snel-, spoor- en vaarwegen en industrieterreinen. Jij adviseert integraal zodat we ook daar veel bereiken op het gebied van lucht, geluid, bodem en externe veiligheid. Je laat milieuadvies doorwerken in gebiedsambities en vertaalt milieudoelstellingen naar het thematische beleid van ándere afdelingen. - Verbeelden en analyseren: Je maakt de milieuopgave zichtbaar via heldere kaartbeelden en analyses (voor bijvoorbeeld geluid, lucht, water en bodem). Je krijgt de vrijheid om daar je eigen vorm voor te kiezen en jouw werk komt direct terecht in gebiedsvisies, collegestukken en m.e.r.-trajecten. - Samenwerken als brede inzetbare expert:...
