Je vertaalt ontwerpen naar nauwkeurige 3D-modellen en zorgt dat tekeningen goed aansluiten op productie en montage. Daarbij werk je met verschillende disciplines aan slimme en maakbare houtconstructies. Wat ga je doen? Als Revit Modelleur Houtbouw werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan de technische uitwerking van uiteenlopende houtbouwprojecten. Je maakt zelfstandig 3D-modellen van houtconstructies en bijbehorende bouwkundige onderdelen in Revit. Daarbij vertaal je ontwerpen naar duidelijke productie-, werk- en montagetekeningen die voldoen aan de geldende normen en technische mogelijkheden. Je beoordeelt daarnaast technische uitwerkingen van externe adviseurs en aannemers en controleert of deze goed aansluiten op het project. Regelmatig stem je af met architecten, constructeurs en andere adviseurs om ontwerpen technisch verder te verbeteren. Ook denk je mee over bouwmethoden, maakbaarheid en alternatieve oplossingen binnen houtbouw. Je werkt montagedetails uit en stemt deze af met werkvoorbereiding, leveranciers en montageploegen. Daarbij let je op technische risico's en zoek je naar oplossingen die praktisch uitvoerbaar zijn. Door jouw kennis van Revit en constructieve techniek zorg je voor een goede overdracht richting fabricage en projectteams. Zo draag je direct bij aan efficiënte engineering en duurzame bouwprojecten.
