Als Rezeptionist_in in unserem familiengeführten Superior Hotel in Pertisau am Achensee bist du erste Ansprechperson, Organisationstalent und Gastgeber_in zugleich. Bei uns gibt es kein starres Front, oder Backoffice, wir arbeiten miteinander, füreinander und für unsere Gäste. Vom herzlichen Empfang über die persönliche Betreuung bis hin zur Angebotserstellung und Reservierung: Du bist mitten im Geschehen und gestaltest das Gasterlebnis aktiv mit. 1 Rezeption (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben bei uns

º Du bist das freundliche Gesicht am Empfang und erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Gäste

º Du betreust unsere Gäste vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt, telefonisch, per Mail und persönlich

º Du erstellst Angebote, bearbeitest Reservierungen & sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

º Du arbeitest eng mit allen Abteilungen zusammen und bist ein wichtiger Teil des Ganzen

º Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, um Abläufe und Gästebetreuung laufend zu verbessern

Das bringst du mit

º Du bist das freundliche Gesicht am Empfang und erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Gäste

º Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Erfahrung an der Rezeption

º Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und eine natürliche Gastfreundschaft

º Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)

º Eigenverantwortung & Teamgeist
