Deine Aufgaben:

* Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft - Dein Einsatz macht den Unterschied

** Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere internationalen Gäste während deiner Schicht und sorgst für einen professionellen und herzlichen Check-in und Check-out.

* Verantwortung übernehmen - Du hältst den Betrieb am Laufen

** Als Shift Leader übernimmst du während deiner Schicht die Verantwortung für die Abläufe an der Rezeption und stellst sicher, dass unsere Service- und Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden.

* Organisationstalent - Du behältst den Überblick

** Du koordinierst die Abläufe im Front Office während deiner Schicht, unterstützt dein Team im Tagesgeschäft und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert.

* Ansprechperson für dein Team - Gemeinsam stark

** Du unterstützt neue Mitarbeitende und Praktikant:innen, hilfst bei Fragen im Arbeitsalltag und sorgst für eine gute Zusammenarbeit im Team.

* Teamplayer - Zusammenarbeit im ganzen Haus

** Du arbeitest eng mit Housekeeping, Reservierung und anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um unseren Gästen den bestmöglichen Aufenthalt zu bieten.

Was du mitbringst:

* Du hast bereits Erfahrung an der Rezeption gesammelt und kennst die Abläufe im Front Office.

* Eine freundliche, offene Persönlichkeit und Freude am Umgang mit internationalen Gästen.

* Du arbeitest organisiert, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick.

* Du bist serviceorientiert, lösungsorientiert und unterstützt dein Team gerne im Arbeitsalltag.

* Du arbeitest gerne mit modernen Hotelsoftware-Systemen und digitalen Tools.

* Du bist flexibel, zuverlässig und möchtest dich fachlich und persönlich weiterentwickeln.
