Wir suchen: 2 Rezeptionist(en)innen Wellness Rezeptionist_in mit Backoffice Tätigkeiten

Saisonstelle - Betreuung der Gäste im Wellnessbereich kombiniert mit organisatorischen Aufgaben im Backoffice

Beginn & Beschäftigungsausmaß

Ab ca. 22.11.2026 bis ca. 02.05.2027 Vollzeit, Teilzeit 5- oder 6-Tage Woche

Tätigkeiten

* Begrüßung und Betreuung der Gäste

* Auskunft über Angebote und Leistungen des Hauses

* Beratung der Gäste

* Persönliche und telefonische Reservierung von Massage- und Kosmetikterminen sowie Terminkoordinierung

* Informationsaustausch mit Hotelrezeption, Masseuren und Kosmetiker_innen

* Verkauf von Pflege- und Beautyprodukten

* Unterstützung der Hotelrezeption durch Backoffice-Aufgaben (z. B. E-Mail-Bearbeitung)

Anforderungen

* Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Freundliches Auftreten und sicherer Umgang mit Gästen

* Der Stelle entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Der Stelle entsprechende Englischkenntnisse

* Flexibilität

* Rezeptionserfahrung von Vorteil

Hinweis zur Entlohnung

Das Mindestentgelt gilt für die gesetzliche Normalarbeitszeit (Brutto-Grundgehalt). Überstunden- sowie allfällige Zuschläge für einen 6. Arbeitstag werden zusätzlich abgegolten. Bezahlung laut Kollektiv, je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation Überbezahlung möglich.
