Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Gosau suchen wir 1 Rezeptionist/in

Aufgaben

* Gästecheck-in und Check-out

* Gästebetreuung vor Ort

* Reservierungstätigkeiten

* Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen im Hotel

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der zentralen Reservierungsabteilung

* Viel Spaß und freundschaftliche Zusammenarbeit in einer coolen Umgebung

Qualifikation

* die Freude und der Spaß am Umgang mit unseren internationalen Gästen

* den unbedingten Willen, unseren Gäste unvergessliche Tage zu ermöglichen

* Erfahrung im sicheren Umgang mit Hotelreservierungsprogrammen, Opera Cloud Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* die Fähigkeit serviceorientiert zu DENKEN und qualitätsorientiert zu HANDELN

* Deutsch & Englisch Kenntnisse zur guten Kommunikation und vielleicht weitere Fremdsprachen
