Deine Aufgaben/ berufliche Kompetenzen:

* Begrüßung und Check-in der Gäste

* Rechnungserstellung, Kassieren der Gästerechnungen

* Verabschiedung und Check-out der Gäste

* Gästebetreuung und Informationsstelle für alle Gästeanliegen

* Organisation eines reibungslosen Ablaufes des Aufenthalts

* Optimale Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und den anderen Abteilungen des Hauses

Dein Profil:

* Erfahrung an der Rezeption, wobei Gastfreundschaft ausschlaggebend ist

* Abgeschlossene Hotelfachschule, Berufsausbildung oder Interesse an der Freude zum Gastgeber/In- wir freuen uns auch auf Quereinsteiger/Innen!

* Gute und sichere Umgangsformen sowie sprachlicher Ausdruck

* angemessene Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* ausreichende Englischkenntnisse (weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil)

* Gepflegtes Aussehen und sicheres Auftreten

* Erfahrung mit dem Hotelprogramm "Gastrodat" von Vorteil aber nicht Bedingung

* Flexibilität hinsichtlich der Arbeitszeiten
